WELCOME TO YEAR 11

I am incredibly excited about being Achievement Team Leader for Year 11 and I
cannot wait to continue with this year group! From building relationships with
parents and students I am very aware of the academic, creative and sporting
talent we have within the year group and I am really excited about what this
academic year has in store for us all.

As Achievement Team Leader my priority is to ensure Year 11 have the tools they need to succeed for their GCSEs.
Throughout Year 11 there will be hurdles we need to jump over but with the support of myself and Ms. Cosens we will ensure you are provided with all the right tools and guidance. I will provide you with a variety of opportunities that you require in order to be successful at the end of Year 11. I am feel highly motivated and positive about the road that lies ahead. It is key that you grab
every opportunity with both hands and strive to be the best you can be with determination and resilience. I expect a positive attitude towards your learning and work completed in lessons must reflect your full capability, this will undoubtedly impact your results and opportunities come the end of Year 11.

The behaviour, achievement and progress of the year group are closely monitored and reinforced by myself (Achievement Team Leader for Year 11), Ms Cosens (Year Care Team Leader) and a dedicated tutor team. As part of our intervention programme form groups will change at times across the year so students have additional time for subject interventions. After school,
throughout the school day and during the school holidays, students will be given opportunities to attend revision classes leading up to their end of year assessments.
You have all been on a long journey during your time at Tabor, I am delighted to be guiding you through your final year. Thank you in advance for your hard work and I look forward to an extremely successful year. If you have any questions please let me know, I will always be here to help.
