Aspirations Day at Tabor Academy

On Friday 24th March we welcomed 37 professionals from all types of careers to come and share their knowledge and expertise with our students. All students in year 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 went to the event throughout the day and were given fantastic advice, with five students even given work experience over the summer holidays.
The students got so much from the event and were asking more questions about potential careers after the event. A year 9 student told me “I knew what I wanted to be before I went to the careers fair but I am no longer sure, there are so many different careers to choose from!”
